About Us

Ms. Cholez has over 30 years of accounting experience with a vast amount of it focused on venture capital, private equity and family office accounting and operations. Ms. Cholez was the Founder and CEO of Complete Financial Ops, Inc. (dba CFO Fund Services from 2008 until 2022 when the company was sold to SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: SSNC), a global provider of services and software for the financial services industry. Ms. Cholez was awarded by Colorado Biz Magazine from 2009 until 2022 “Top 100 Female Owned Businesses” and from 2011 until 2022 “Top 250 Privately Held Companies” in Colorado. Ms. Cholez remained with SS&C as a Managing Director until July 2024 at which time she retired. Retirement did not suite Ms. Cholez well, so after relocating back to her hometown in Gillette, Wyoming, she accepted a remote position as Chief Financial Officer of a family office based in Denver, Colorado.  

Ms. Cholez is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Colorado and Wyoming.  When not working, Ms. Cholez is playing tennis, running, working out and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys traveling to Colorado and California to see her (adult) children.
